  I have been living close to the hotel for 10 years .
  I don't use,the hotel facilities, but the recent refurbishment to the bar and superb , Bukkharra restaurant, has been a long time coming , but although I don't go out drinking to much , well done to you it was a bit of a (going nowhere place ) but now clean and tidy and a good to have a local that is pretty good.

  Absolutely terrible. I feel like the hotel has been neglected by its owners. I was stuck in my room for half an hour and i couldnt come out and i wasnt able to access anyone working their to come and help me. Get your locks fixed on the doors!! The hot water wasnt available for a bloody shower! The food was absolutely rubbish last week. I kept hearing stranger noises from the car park in the middle of the night which was quite frightening. The receptionist wasnt bothered to go and check it out, neither did the general manager. I will never stay here again. Completely ruined my trip to London.

  The hotel was undergoing renovation when I stayed there in September it is now complete and looks good
